ABOUT US



United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of SLO County is a non-profit organization that supports children and adults with disabilities in San Luis Obispo County, CA. 


UCP is dedicated to providing recreation and leisure opportunities, advocacy, employment options, transportation, and community involvement for people with disabilities. UCP promotes inclusion for all in our local communities!

AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS



Arts for Living brings music and the arts to people with disabilities and promotes inclusion for everybody. Parents Helping Parents brings valuable assistance to parents of children with disabilities. The Ranch is an agricultural-based outdoor workplace for people with disabilities. Sports Without Limits aims to bring sports and activity to the lives of children with disabilities in SLO County. CCATC presents a wealth of information regarding assistive technology and the opportunity to demo various A.T. devices. People First is a self-advocacy group for people with disabilities.

ACTIVITIES & SERVICES



CIP Tours are supervised tours, or vacations, for adults with disabilities where we provide transportation, meals, lodging and support staff. Camp Kelley Creek is an outdoors-based summer camp for adults with developmental disabilities. Kids & Teen Clubs are recreational events held in the community for children, teens and young adults with disabilities. Leisure Clubs are recreational events held in the community for adults with disabilities. Respite care is a break for parents, caregivers, and family members in which temporary care is provided for children and young adults with disabilities
